Surf Camp Taghazout LTD is the organiser of the package holidays described on this website.
When you book a package with us, you have a contract with Surf Camp Taghazout LTD. We are responsible for the proper performance of the travel services included in your package, subject to the rights and limitations described in these Booking Terms and applicable law.
2. Your package holiday
The packages sold through Taghazout Surf Trip combine two or more different types of travel service for the same trip and are sold to you at an inclusive price.
Depending on the package you choose, your package may include:
- accommodation;
- surf coaching;
- surfboard and wetsuit hire;
- meals;
- daily yoga;
- return airport transfers from Agadir;
- guided excursions;
- other activities expressly stated as included in your chosen package.
The exact services included in your package are those described on the package page and in your booking confirmation.
Optional activities, room upgrades and other services that are not included in your selected package are additional services and are charged separately.
You do not purchase the individual package components separately from us. The package you book is the combination of services stated in your booking confirmation.
3. Booking and confirmation
Submitting a booking through our website and paying constitutes a confirmed booking.
We email you a written booking confirmation as soon as your payment is accepted.
Your package contract becomes binding when your payment is accepted.
In the rare event that we cannot honour a confirmed booking, we will offer you comparable alternative accommodation or refund all amounts paid by you without deduction.
Your booking confirmation will state the package booked, the applicable dates, the number of travellers, the accommodation arrangements, the price and other important details of your package.
Once your booking has been confirmed, these Booking Terms together with the information contained in your booking confirmation form part of your package travel contract.
4. Package prices and what is included
All prices are shown in euros (EUR), unless otherwise stated.
The package prices currently published on our website are:

- Stays of any length from 3 nights are priced at the same nightly rate multiplied by the number of nights
The price applicable to your booking is the price confirmed to you at the time your booking is accepted.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, package prices include the services specifically listed on the relevant package page and in your booking confirmation.
Where applicable, package prices include:
- accommodation;
- full-board meals;
- surf coaching;
- surfboard and wetsuit hire;
- daily yoga;
- return airport transfers from Agadir.
Any room upgrade, optional activity or other additional service will be charged separately at the price communicated to you before you purchase it.
5. Payment
At checkout, you may choose to pay:
- a 20% deposit, with the remaining balance payable on arrival; or
- the full package price.
The payment method and amount due will be shown during checkout.
Card payments are processed through Stripe. Your card details are entered into Stripe’s secure payment environment and are not received or stored by Taghazout Surf Trip.
If you pay a deposit, the remaining balance is due on arrival unless we have agreed another arrangement with you in writing.
We may require payment of the balance before the start of certain additional services where this has been agreed with you.
6. Information you provide when booking
You are responsible for providing accurate information when making your booking, including:
- your name;
- contact details;
- arrival and departure information;
- the number of travellers;
- any relevant special requirements;
- information concerning children or minors, where applicable.
You must tell us before booking about any special requirements that are important to you.
We will confirm any special requirement that we agree to provide. A request is not considered accepted merely because you have mentioned it to us.
If inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by you causes additional costs or prevents us from providing a service, you may be responsible for the resulting reasonable costs, subject to applicable law.
7. Transferring your booking to another person
You may transfer your package contract to another person who satisfies all the conditions applicable to the package, subject to reasonable notice.
You should contact us as soon as possible if you wish to transfer your booking.
Where the transfer is legally permitted, we may charge you for the reasonable costs we incur as a result of the transfer. We will provide evidence of those costs if you reasonably request it.
The person taking over your booking will be jointly responsible with you for any outstanding balance and any reasonable transfer costs.
A transfer may not be possible where the proposed replacement traveller does not meet the requirements of the package or where the supplier’s conditions prevent the transfer.
Nothing in this section limits any statutory transfer rights you may have.
8. Changing your booking
If you want to change your booking after it has been confirmed, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will try to accommodate reasonable requests, subject to availability and the conditions of the relevant suppliers.
A change may result in additional costs where accommodation, transport or another travel service has to be changed.
We will tell you about any additional cost before making a change that results in an additional charge.
A change requested by you does not automatically create a right to a refund of services that you choose not to use.
9. Cancelling your booking
You may terminate your package contract at any time before the start of the package by contacting us in writing.
Unless you have a statutory right to terminate without a termination fee, we may charge a reasonable and justifiable cancellation charge.
The cancellation charge will take into account factors including:
- the date on which you cancel;
- amounts we are unable to recover from suppliers;
- reasonable costs saved as a result of your cancellation; and
- our ability to sell the cancelled services to another traveller.
Where a standard cancellation charge applies to your booking, the applicable charge will be communicated to you before or at the time your booking is confirmed.
If you request an explanation of a cancellation charge, we will provide a reasonable justification for the amount charged.
Our standard cancellation policy
Unless your booking confirmation states a different cancellation schedule:
More than 30 days before arrival
You may cancel your booking and receive a refund of amounts paid, less any reasonable and justifiable cancellation costs that apply to your booking.
15 to 30 days before arrival
A reasonable cancellation charge may apply based on the costs we expect to incur or be unable to recover as a result of your cancellation.
14 days or less before arrival
A higher cancellation charge may apply because accommodation, transport and other services may already have been committed and may be difficult to resell.
The exact amount retained will remain subject to the requirement that any termination fee is appropriate and justifiable.
If the amount we retain is less than the amount you have paid, we will refund the difference.
If you have a statutory right to terminate without a termination fee, that right takes precedence over this cancellation policy.
10. Cancellation because of unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances
You may have the right to terminate your package contract without paying a cancellation charge where unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances occurring at the destination or its immediate vicinity significantly affect:
- the performance of the package; or
- the carriage of passengers to the destination.
If you terminate the package in these circumstances, you are entitled to a full refund of payments made for the package, in accordance with applicable law.
You are not entitled to additional compensation from us solely because you terminated the package under this statutory right.
Whether circumstances meet the legal threshold will depend on the circumstances existing at the relevant time and applicable law.
11. If we need to make a significant change to your package
Sometimes circumstances outside our control may require us to change an element of your package.
If we need to make a significant change to an essential characteristic of the package, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may have the right to:
- accept the proposed change;
- accept an alternative package offered by us; or
- terminate the package contract and receive the refund to which you are legally entitled.
If a change results in a reduction in the value of the package, you may also have a right to an appropriate price reduction.
We will explain the available options and any applicable time limit for responding.
12. If we cancel your package
We may cancel your package where:
- the minimum number of participants required for the package has not been reached, where a minimum number was expressly stated in your contract and the applicable notice requirements are met; or
- unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances prevent us from performing the package.
Where we cancel your package in circumstances in which the law provides for a refund, we will refund the payments you have made for the package in accordance with applicable law.
Where cancellation occurs because of unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances, you will generally not be entitled to additional compensation from us.
If we cancel for another reason for which compensation is legally due, your statutory rights will apply.
Where practical, we may contact you before cancelling to discuss alternative dates or arrangements, but you are not required to accept an alternative package unless you agree to it.
13. Our responsibility for the package
We are responsible for the proper performance of the travel services included in your package, regardless of whether those services are provided by us directly or by third-party suppliers.
For example, airport transfers may be provided by an independent transport company or taxi operator engaged by us. This does not remove our responsibility to you for the proper performance of the package.
If a travel service is not performed in accordance with the package contract, we will comply with our obligations under applicable package-travel law.
Where appropriate, we will:
- remedy the lack of conformity;
- offer suitable alternative arrangements;
- provide an appropriate price reduction; or
- provide other remedies required by applicable law.
If a significant part of the package cannot be provided as agreed and we fail to remedy the problem within a reasonable period where required, you may have the right to terminate the contract without paying a termination fee and receive the applicable refund.
You may also have rights to compensation or damages where provided by law.
14. Reporting problems during your holiday
If you experience a problem with any part of your package, please tell us or our local contact as soon as reasonably possible.
You can contact us using:
- Email: hello@taghazoutsurftrip.com
- WhatsApp: +212 637 305 952
Reporting a problem promptly gives us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and, where possible, correct it while you are still travelling.
This does not remove or restrict any statutory rights you have if you fail to report a problem immediately, where the law does not permit such a restriction.
15. Assistance if you are in difficulty
If you are in difficulty during your package, we will provide appropriate assistance without undue delay as required by applicable law.
Depending on the circumstances, assistance may include:
- information about health services;
- information about local authorities and consular assistance;
- helping you make communications;
- helping you find alternative travel arrangements;
- other reasonable assistance appropriate to the circumstances.
Where the difficulty is caused intentionally or negligently by you, we may charge a reasonable fee for assistance where permitted by law.
Any such fee will not exceed our actual reasonable costs.
16. Accommodation
Your accommodation is the accommodation specified in your booking confirmation or an agreed equivalent.
Room type, occupancy and bathroom arrangements are those stated in your booking confirmation.
Check-in and check-out times are determined by the accommodation provider and will be communicated to you.
Accommodation is subject to reasonable house rules, safety requirements and local regulations.
You are responsible for taking reasonable care of the accommodation and its contents.
You may be responsible for the reasonable cost of repairing damage caused by your intentional or negligent conduct, subject to applicable law.
17. Surfing, activities and safety
Surfing and other activities included in or purchased alongside your package involve inherent risks.
You must follow the safety instructions of our instructors, guides and activity providers at all times.
You must tell us or the relevant instructor before an activity begins about any medical, physical or other condition that could reasonably affect your ability to participate safely.
Our instructors or activity providers may decide that a particular activity is unsuitable or unsafe for you in the circumstances.
Weather, sea conditions, tides and other natural conditions may affect the location, timing or availability of surfing and outdoor activities.
Where an activity included in your package cannot safely take place, we may arrange a reasonable alternative where appropriate, subject to the nature of the circumstances and applicable law.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
18. Travel documents, entry requirements and personal insurance
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the travel documents required for your journey, including a valid passport and any visa, entry permit or other documentation required by the authorities applicable to you.
Entry requirements can depend on your nationality and circumstances and may change.
You should check the applicable requirements with the relevant authorities before travelling.
We strongly recommend that you purchase suitable travel insurance before travelling.
Your insurance should, where appropriate, cover:
- cancellation and curtailment;
- medical expenses;
- emergency assistance;
- baggage and personal belongings;
- surfing and other activities you intend to undertake;
- repatriation.
Travel insurance is not included in the package unless your booking confirmation expressly states otherwise.
19. Complaints
If you have a complaint during your holiday, please contact us as soon as possible so that we have an opportunity to resolve the problem.
You can contact:
- Surf Camp Taghazout LTD / Taghazout Surf Trip
- Email: hello@taghazoutsurftrip.com
- WhatsApp: +212 637 305 952
If your complaint cannot be resolved during your stay, please send us the details in writing after your return.
We will review the complaint and respond within a reasonable period.
Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights or remedies available to you.
20. Our liability
We are responsible for the proper performance of the travel services included in your package in accordance with applicable law.
Nothing in these Booking Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
Subject to applicable law, we will not be responsible for loss or damage that:
- was caused by the traveller;
- was caused by an unforeseeable third party unconnected with the provision of the travel services; or
- resulted from unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances that could not reasonably have been prevented or overcome.
Where applicable law provides you with a right to compensation, price reduction or damages, those rights are not excluded by these terms.
21. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for the consequences of unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances that prevent or significantly affect the performance of the package.
Examples may include, depending on the circumstances:
- serious natural disasters;
- severe weather;
- significant flooding or wildfires;
- war or serious security events;
- terrorism;
- serious outbreaks of disease;
- government restrictions;
- major transport disruption;
- other events that meet the legal definition of unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances.
Whether a particular event qualifies will depend on the circumstances at the relevant time.
Where such circumstances occur, we will communicate with you and take reasonable steps to minimise their impact.
22. Governing law and consumer rights
These Booking Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of any mandatory rights or protections that apply to you under the law that cannot lawfully be excluded by agreement.
Nothing in these Booking Terms limits your right to bring proceedings before a court where you are legally entitled to do so under applicable consumer-protection or jurisdiction rules.
If any provision of these Booking Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
23. Changes to these Booking Terms
The Booking Terms that apply to your package are the version in force when your package contract is concluded, unless you and we subsequently agree otherwise or a change is required by law.
We may update these Booking Terms for future bookings.
Changes to these Booking Terms will not retrospectively alter the contractual rights of travellers whose package contracts have already been concluded, except where a change is required by law or agreed with the traveller.
The current version will be published on our website with the date on which it was last updated.
24. Important information about your package
Before you become bound by your package contract, we will provide you with the information required by applicable package-travel law.
Your booking confirmation will include or refer to the relevant information for your particular package, including the applicable travel services, dates, accommodation, price, payment arrangements, contact details and other information required by law.
Your booking confirmation and these Booking Terms should be kept for your records.
